Neat building and rooms with newly renovated decoration. Amazing and good location really close to Chefchaouen, souvenir shops and the beautiful medina of Chefchauoen; early check-in. Also, in the middle of the city.

Variety of goodies for breakfast. Delicious food, well decorated room with 2 twin beds and modern design, for example. A prime location in the center of the city. Really close to souvenir shops, medina and the Spanish Mosque...

The riad's architecture is fine!
I was utterly disappointed . The staff was not friendly, lacking the warm hospitality I've come to expect in Morocco. Breakfast was a fiasco, taking far too long to arrive and served cold. To top it off, my room was not properly cleaned before arrival, with a lingering foul smell that was masked poorly by a cleaning product.

Newly decorated rooms complete with modern design and 2 twin beds, for instance. The employees are helpful and attentive.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The architecture is fine, with intricate details, made every moment feel special, especially while enjoying breakfast on the lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views.
The accessibility to the riad can be challenging, especially with the stairs, which may be difficult with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The location is fantastic, just a short 3-minute walk to the main square. The room had a amazing view over the city, particularly from the New York suite on the 3rd floor. The riad showcases beautiful architecture, and the rooftop is a perfect spot for relaxation. The service fell short. Staff members weren't very engaging, lacking the warm atmosphere I expected. Breakfast took quite some time to arrive, and the food was served cold. My bathroom was also notably tiny, less comfortable. While the riad is beautiful and the location is prime, the staff interaction and dining service need significant improvements.

The architecture of the riad is seriously fine, and the spacious room came with a fantastic view from the balcony. Best part? The bed was super comfy, made for a really good night's sleep. The only downside was a bit of confusion when we got dropped off by the taxi. It's quite the trek up some stairs to reach the place!
